Subject: Announcement for "Items and Amounts Payable for Funeral and Interment Expenses under the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance".
Foundation: Paragraph 4 of Article 11 in the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act
Content:
1. The payment for funeral and interment expenses under this insurance shall not exceed NT＄300,000. The permitted items and amounts are illustrated in the attachment.
2. The application for funeral and interment expenses should be accompanied with invoices or receipts listing explicit items and amounts.
3. The items and amounts payable for funeral and interment expenses under this insurance shall be implemented from the effective date of the amended Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act.
