The policy period of the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance is as follows：
1. Automobiles: The policy period is one year, except for the motorcycle otherwise provided as below.
2. Motorcycles: The policy period is one to two years.
3. Automobiles or motorcycles with a temporary license plate or a test plate, or mobile machineries with a temporary pass: The policy period is the same as the valid period of the plate or the pass, no longer than one year.
